Weighing approximately 45% lighter than comparable steel batons with 98% of the striking potential of its heavier counterpart. The 7075 aluminum tubing for the baton is custom engineered to ASP standards; and it’s the same alloy that’s used in the receiver of the M16. The striking surface of the Airweight is 4140 steel tubing. Excellent for undercover or detective use.
